Liberation and Reconciliation

This book review assumes that American culture is rooted in racism; it skips over any attempt to assert this proposition and then show this assertion as true.

Article Quote: "Since white American culture is rooted in racism, liberation theology helps eradicate that which is culturally sinful and creates division in the body of Christ."

"Roberts also spoke a lot about forgiveness and repentance. He states that white peoples must repent either of racism or indifference, while black peoples must practice forgiveness. Jesus Christ aids in that process, serving as a priest that is able to help us be reconciled to God and to one another."

But what if a white person is neither racist nor indifferent?  For what can he repent?

And what if a black person has not been sinned against or injured by any white people in this regard?  How can he forgive?  There are black people who have never seen white people, and vice versa white people who have never met any black people.
